The unit is designed to comply with all global quality and audit standards and is equipped with high-speed paper cup production lines with 100% in-line quality checks. Double Diamond brand disposable single-wall and ripple paper cups come with all possible coatings available across the globe, providing coating options as per the choice of the customer, as follows: Reliable LDPE Coating: In traditional paper cups, the cupstock board is coated with a thin layer of LDPE (12/ 15/ 18/ Custom gsm), rendering the cup universally accepted & reliable coating, but it doesn’t biodegrade on disposal. Biobased, compostable corn-bioplastic PLA (Polylactic Acid)/ BioPBS (Poly Butyl Succinate) Coating: Our BioPBS/ PLA coated paper cups are layered with a biobased material (20/ 25 gsm) derived from renewable resources like sugarcane starch and cornstarch, etc allowing the cup to break down after being trashed without leaving toxic residues making these cups biodegradable under composting conditions. Biodegradable, Compostable & Repulpable water based Emulsion Coating: Complete sustainability will be achieved if the coating layer (6-8 gsm) not only makes paper cups compostable but also repulpable upon disposal. Following circular economy, these cups offer excellent heat sealability, making them suitable for holding cold/ hot beverages. All above coating materials are available as single side coating/ double side coating. Single Wall/ Ripple Wall/ Double wall Paper cups are so comfortable to hold that they are used by institutions, airlines, cafes, caterers, event specialists, and restaurants to house hot and cold beverages.
