Carton Board Creaser: Accurate creasing and resultant saving in materials can only be achieved by having board of consistent quality and by setting cutting and creasing make ready correctly. Mills need to know the precise creasing properties of their products; converters seek fault-free. The Carton Board Creaser provides a positive quality test that can be applied to all materials. Normally, a 10min. test will indicate whether or not a board is the right one for a specific job. In mills the instrument evaluates creasing quality of boards under development; assists control of production; detects variations between batches reduces time-consuming trial makings. Used by converters the instrument indicates whether boards are suitable; enables the creasing press to be set correctly for the board in use; ensures fault-free folding. For testing the creasability of carton board. Ensures fault free folding, suitable for board caliper 300 1000 Micron (0.012-0.040 inch). 18 creasing channels between 1 - 4.06 mm (0.04 - 0.016 inch).
