Drilled Hole Screen Basket for outflow pressure screen. The purpose of using a screen basket is to separate contaminants such as shives in mechanical pulp, and stickies, plastics, sand, metal pieces, and flakes in recycled fiber. This method employs a screening device and the separation is based on the size difference between fibers and contaminants. Technical Parameters: Material: SS304, SS316L Hole Dia: 1.3-3.5mm Chrome Plated: 0.1-0.2mm Plate Thickness: 6-12mm Working Pressure: 6 bar/4 bar Weight: 100kg/m2 Warranty Life: 3-8 months Features: 1. Electrolytic polishing for avoiding hanging pulp. 2. Chrome coating extends the lifetime of the screen basket. 3. High mechanical strength; Anti-wear. 4. Lower operation and maintenance costs. 5.
