It is important all the water in these rolls be evacuated before the nip to prevent re-wetting the sheet and to ensure optimum press nip performance. Specifications: 1. Dia: 460-1800mm 2. Face length: 2100-8000mm 3. Material: Alloy cast iron HT200-300 4. Shaft head: 40CrMo,Bulkhead: HT250 5. Rubber coating thickness: 10-12mm,rubber is from Voith or Stowe Woodward. Advantages: 1. The performance of rubber surface: good ripple property, non-deformation, oligo thermal, good paper release property. 2. With grooves on the surface; The width: 0.5-102mm; The depth:2-3mm; Surface width:2.5-3.5mm; annulus or spiral. | |
