Sealing Instructions: 2.1 Packing seal: For pumps with a lift H ≤ 0.5MPa, packing can be used for sealing. The packing should be made of wear-resistant and scouring resistant carbon fiber material, and the shaft sleeve should be washed and cooled with external clean pressure water to prevent slurry particles from entering the shaft sleeve and packing, extending the service life of the packing seal. The external water pressure is the pump outlet pressure+0.1MPa, and the external water flow rate is 1-2 m3/hour. For small pumps, take the small value, and for large pumps, take the large value. Auxiliary impeller+packing seal: For pumps with a lift of 0.4MPa ≤ H ≤ 0.8Mpa, auxiliary impeller+packing can be used for sealing. The packing should be made of wear-resistant and scouring-resistant carbon fiber material, and the shaft sleeve should be washed and cooled with externally connected clean pressure water to prevent slurry particles from entering the shaft sleeve and packing. Extends the life of the packing seal. The external water pressure is 0.7 times the pump outlet pressure, and the external water flow rate is 1-2 m3/hour.
