TST-01 Tensile Tester Applications: The TST-01 Tensile Tester serves the purpose of assessing various attributes of materials like plastic films (requiring distinct clamps or fixtures), composite materials, soft packaging materials, plastic flexible tubes, adhesives, adhesive tapes, label stickers, medical plasters, release paper, protective films, combined caps, aluminum foil, diaphragms, backing sheets, non-woven fabrics, rubber, and paper. Its applications encompass measuring tensile, peeling, deformation, tearing, heat sealing, adhesion, puncture force, opening force, and other performance characteristics across these materials. Technical Features: This unit is under PLC control (with industrial-level stability) and operated through an HMI touch screen. The use of a precision ball lead screw mechanism ensures consistent and accurate speed and displacement control. It features a specially designed program catering to tests including break, tension, elongation, seal strength, 90° peeling, and 180° peeling. The key features include: 1.
