For continuous cleaning of Dandy Rolls high pressure showers with needle jets are used. The shower is placed internally and washed water is collected in external Save all tray. Oscillation of water shower is with the help of pneumatic motor or Electro mechanical system. Dandy Rolls India recommend a water pressure of 6 to 8 Kgs./ sq.cm. The external Save all tray is of Fiber glass or SS. The tray is supplied with steam heated SS jacket to collect and evaporate droplets of water falling from the tray. | |
