Established in the year 2007, we, KKD International Paper Tube Company have been successfully manufacturing and supplying paper tubes & cores. The products manufactured are made using superior quality paper. Our clients can avail customized products, where changes can be made in terms of size, thickness, length. We have developed a vast infrastructure, which is well-equipped with advanced technologies to manufacture a quality range. The team of our organization is efficient Manufacturing Facility: Corner Board is manufactured out of multi-layered Kraft paper glued and formed into a rigid right-angle by a unique process. It is the most economical packaging material which has the characteristics of recycling and strength. The main use is strengthening packaging units (corrugated boxes). It is used as a packaging medium to protect the edges/corners of products. By reinforcing on four corners of the corrugated boxes, it gives structural stability, increasing the stacking strength of pallets, thereby enabling us to do the optimum utilization of the container. We manufacture paper cores and tubes: 1. Paper Core Our organization manufactures an extensive assortment of Paper Core tubes. The team manufactures supreme quality products to ensure the delivery of a defect-free range. Our offered range of products is extensively used for winding and rewinding polyester films, aluminum foil, kraft paper, and duplex paper. 2. Grinded Tube Cores Our organization manufactures and supplies an extensive range of Grinded Tubes/Cores. In order to ensure the safe delivery of the products, these are designed for rigorous handling by the personnel. Spiral wound tubing in a wide range of sizes addresses many common industrial packaging applications as these serve as the best packaging material. 3. Paper Tube We have put forth premium quality Paper Tubes that are used to pack a variety of materials. These paper tubes can be customized as per the specifications of our clients and can be availed in different sizes, lengths, and thicknesses. These are ideal to be used for mailing or shipment as they are light in weight. These products have perfect notches & grooves and are dimensionally stable. Customers can avail us of these qualitative pieces of paper cores and tubes that have been fabricated using the tape's best quality raw material.
