Sahyadri Starch & Industries Pvt. Ltd. is a leading manufacturer of maize-based products in India, operating since 1982. Based in Sangli, Maharashtra, we specialize in producing high-quality starch, glucose, maltodextrin (high-DE and low-DE), HMCS (High Maltose Corn Syrup), and a range of by-products, including corn germ, gluten, fiber, and CSL (Corn Steep Liquor). Our state-of-the-art wet milling process allows us to crush up to 600 metric tons of maize per day, supplying premium ingredients to diverse industries such as food and beverages, pharmaceuticals, textiles, paper, and animal feed. We are committed to sustainability, with ongoing initiatives like Zero Liquid Discharge (ZLD) systems for wastewater management. With a robust domestic network and exports to markets like Vietnam and Malaysia, we aim to grow our production capacity to 950 MT per day by 2026. At Sahyadri Starch, we pride ourselves on quality, innovation, and long-term partnerships with our customers.
