Titanium Tantalum Products Ltd., pioneers & specialists in the fields of corrosion prevention, energy conservation and pollution control offer a wide range of Exotic Metal Process Equipment with their 30 years of expertise and rich experience for different critical applications in Chemical, Electro-chemical & Petro-chemical industries, Fertilizer, Refineries, Power, Desalination and Oil & Gas sectors. TiTaN, an ISO 9001 - 2008 certified company possessing ASME U & U2 Stamp accreditation has designed, manufactured and supplied around 200 units of Shell and Tube Heat Exchangers in all exotic Metals for various critical applications in the last over 15 years, many including Thermal Design responsibilities & Guarantees to a vide spectrum of world-renowned clients & Consultants, to name a few - Saipem, Technip, LG Engg. & Constn, SHELL, EXXON MOBIL, Uhde, Aker Kvaerner and has recently executed Design & Supply of Titanium Heat Exchangers for Hydro Carbons services for Kawasaki of Japan. TiTaN has developed Caustic-Chlorine Technology, based on their rich experience in their in-house Design and fabrication facilities supported by their latest software and machinery for critical equipment viz. Electrolysers, Heat Exchangers and Pumps. TiTaN's current manufacturing programs include Electro-chlorination systems, Process Equipment viz. Evaporators, Crystallizers, Concentrators, Reactors, Pressure Vessels, Shell & Tube Heat Exchangers, Pumps & Blowers, Pipes, Pipe Fittings & Valves, etc. in Exotic Materials such as Titanium, Tantalum, Zirconium, Nickel & Nickel-based alloys such as Hastelloy, Inconol, Incolloy, Monel, Duplex & Super Duplex SS, and in Explosion-Cladded construction. These equipment are designed and fabricated by us as per International codes to ASME Section VIII, TEMA and under leading third party Inspectors such as Lloyds Register Industrial Services, Bureau Veritas, SGS. Stringent quality control and assurance program is followed with Rigorous stage-wise and final inspection, conducted on all equipment as per the construction codes by their well qualified, trained and experienced inspection team to ensure that every piece confirms to international standards. Construction team has a good track record for on-time completion of projects adhering to schedules.
