Transition (Bio) Energy Limited (TBE) is a new New Zealand green energy and technology development company. TBE is joint venture between experienced primary industry private equity investors (oil and gas, forestry, logistics) and experienced technology developers (Transition Technologies Limited). The company is investing and developing vertically integrated forestry products supply chain in New Zealand and is seeking large long-term offtake partners for soft wood chip manufactured from freshly peeled Pinus Radiata or Radiata - Pine logs. Our site is capable of producing 500,000 to 750,000 metric tonnes of premium grade soft wood chip and are seeking reliable offtake partners for commitments of at least 100,000 tonnes per annum (BDMT) at international pulp chip market rates. Maximum annual supply = 500000 BDMT, Minimum annual supply committment = 100000 BDMT, Minimum commitment term = 3 years, Product Specification Summary: 1 Over Size (>40 mm)-max 5% in GMT-excess deducted from the invoiced quantity 2 Small Size (<4.8 mm)-max 3% in GMT-excess deducted from the invoiced quantity 3 Bark & Rot - max 1% in GMT-the excess shall be deducted from the invoiced quantity 4 Large Size (between 22.2 mm to 40 mm)-Over 55% in GMT 5 Good Size (Size between 9.5 mm to 40 mm)-Over 86% in GMT 6 Needle-shaped Size (between 4.8 mm to 9.5 mm)-Less than 5% in GMT 7 Contaminants-Less than 0.0075% in GMT, BDMT = Bone Dry Metric Tonne GMT = Green Metric Tonne, Please enquire further for detailed product specification.
